Our RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT group is comprised of over 50 employees, the majority of whom are professionally trained chemists, engineers and technicians. Our R&D department is not only about creating innovative formulations, they are also a full-service lab team that work on a day-to-day basis problem solving and trouble shooting for the customer. This ensures the customer gets unique product formulation, testing and stability.

Research & Development interfaces directly with the customer through multiple R&D labs (3 locations), product innovation, product development and associated pilot plants to identify trends and create new product concepts.
